Tour the Farm

The farmhouse has been prepared so each space has a clear purpose. Take a tour to find out which space best fits your needs for booking type, group size, event needs, staffing, season, and room readiness.

Welcome Entry
Guests arrive through a prepared welcome entry with space for schedules, name tags, materials, and simple event orientation.

The Coffee Bar
Coffee and tea service is available at the kitchen buffet so every gathering begins with hospitality already in place.

The Tea Room
The tea room and built-in hutches serve as a host room for refreshments, workshop supplies, catered food, desserts, product displays, or speaker materials.

The Conference Room
A large, open gathering room arranged for small conferences, workshops, trainings, planning days, and teaching sessions.

The Recording Studio
A podcast and recording room for interviews, brand content, coaching videos, course material, local business media, and quiet creative production. Ask us about our production equipment already on-set for your use.

The Lounge
Set up with couches and comfy chairs, the lounge offers a disturbance-free room for intimate conversation, women’s gatherings, retreat breaks, bridal prep, speaker rest, or a quiet place to step aside during an event. A wireless speaker is available for use, as well as an optional tea service for groups of 5, 10, and 15.

The Library
A creative room for paint-and-sip gatherings, art workshops, floral classes, sewing workshops, journaling circles, and friend-group self-care time. Let us know what kind of advanced set up your workshop needs to best accommodate your success.

The Front Porch
With space for sitting, waiting, coffee breaks, and photo shoots, our large covered porch is perfect for sipping coffee and listening to the rain fall on the metal roof for your seasonal porch hospitality needs.

Room Setups Available

Elm can be arranged in several ways depending on your group. Not every event uses every room, but the farmhouse has been prepared for spaces that can support teaching, recording, art, coffee, food, porch breaks, photos, and quiet conversation. Reach out and talk to us about which space would best reflect your event planning.

Conference Setup
Round tables facing the teaching board for workshops, trainings, meetings, planning days, homeschool parent gatherings, nonprofit sessions, and small conferences.

Coffee Gathering Setup
Kitchen buffet coffee service with tea, water, ice, cups, optional pastries or refreshments, and room for people to gather naturally before and between sessions.

Creative Workshop Setup
Library art room with easels, supplies, tables, and room for paint-and-sip gatherings, floral classes, journaling circles, art nights, and self-care style events.

Recording Setup
Two-chair studio arrangement for podcast recording, interviews, coaching videos, course content, brand storytelling, author sessions, or local business media.

Lounge Setup
Comfortable seating for bridal prep, women’s circles, retreat breaks, mother’s nursing lounge, speaker rest, quiet conversation, or a private place to step aside during an event.

Host Setup
Off-the-kitchen kitchen support table for catered food, product displays, workshop packets, desserts, tea service, speaker resources, gifts, or event materials.

Porch Setup
Covered porch seating with planters, lights, and a clear arrival point for coffee breaks, waiting, portraits, conversation, and seasonal hospitality.
