Elm Farm’s CSA membership doesn’t just come with nutrient-packed vegetables or practical, budget-friendly recipes; it comes with Farm Days where your kids can run around, plant sunflower seeds, and pull up carrots. It comes with slow walks through the flower fields and slow roasting a pasture raised chicken and slowing down to make a meal from food in every color of the rainbow.
A CSA Membership isn’t just a subscription to a box full of food (though we know no one’s complaining about that bit), it’s a decision to make every moment count this summer. To get in touch with our child-like sense of wonder as we re-visit basics and re-establish a foundation we can be proud to stand on with food, where it comes from, and how we prepare it to best nourish our bodies (and our hearts).
This year is already looking to bring abundance (more rain!), juicy fat produce, and an even more beautiful safe space for the families in our community.
