We practice beyond organic, no till, and regenerative growing. We do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicide sprays at our farm.
Receiving organic certification isn’t the standard we strive to achieve. Since we don’t use any of the fertilizers and pest sprays that are “approved for organic growing,” we feel confident in remaining uncertified, knowing that our fruits and vegetables are never sprayed.
Every garden is a mini-ecosystem and bugs, weeds, and fungi are an important part of that climate. Food coming out of a natural environment won’t look like the food on the grocery store shelves. And that’s the good news, because our vegetables don’t need photoshopped to taste out of this world.
