Book the farmhouse or the farm (or both!)
Elm Farm is a working flower farm and countryside gathering place near Marshfield, Missouri. We are opening up the farm to the public for small conferences, creative workshops, homeschool days, women’s gatherings, podcast recording, photo sessions, bridal prep, family celebrations, and simple seasonal events.
Elm is not a banquet hall. It has been prepared room by room for useful hospitality: coffee in the kitchen, teaching in the conference room, recording in the studio, painting in the library, quiet gathering in the lounge, food and supplies in the host room, porch sitting out front, and seasonal flower farm life outside.
July bookings are now open.
Venue Spaces
Elm Farm has been prepared so each space has a clear purpose. Guest access depends on the booking type, group size, event needs, staffing, season, and room readiness.
Welcoming
Stepping in to a new space shouldn’t be confusing. Our arrival table gives each group a clear first stop, with space for a welcome sign, event schedule, name tags, programs, workshop packets, guest information, or a simple meet and greet space.
The Coffee Bar
The farmhouse kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, an ice machine, and optional additional refreshments so guests feel received before your event even begins.
The Tea Room
The tea room and built-in hutches serve as the event support room for food, supplies, products, desserts, tea service, workshop materials, or speaker resources. It also happens to be the perfect size for every little girl’s dream tea party birthday extravaganza.
The Conference Room
A large, open gathering room arranged for round-table learning, planning, training, teaching, and small conferences. White board, podium, and speakers are waiting for you to put them to good use.
The Recording Studio
A podcast and recording room for interviews, brand content, coaching videos, course material, local business media, and quiet creative production.
The Lounge
Set up with couches and comfy chairs, the lounge offers a disturbance-free room for intimate conversation, women’s gatherings, retreat breaks, bridal prep, speaker rest, or a quiet place to step aside during an event.
The Library
A creative room for paint-and-sip gatherings, art workshops, floral classes, sewing workshops, journaling circles, and friend-group self-care time.
The Front Porch
With space for sitting, waiting, coffee breaks, and photo shoots, our large covered porch is perfect for sipping coffee and listening to the rain fall on the metal roof for your seasonal porch hospitality needs.
Elm is a working farm with stewarded private areas. Guest spaces will be clearly marked for each event, and private areas are not included in bookings.
